Real Estate Buzz: Intracorp sells condos to Calif. firm

A limited partnership associated with Sobrato Development Companies has purchased the 114-unit Expo62 condo project on Lower Queen Anne for $48 million from Intracorp Seattle, according to public records.
A representative of Sobrato of Cupertino, Calif., could not be reached for comment.
