Patrick Callahan thinks the Seattle office market will hold up despite the poor economy and a wave of new speculative construction.
Until the fall of 2006, he was regional senior vice president for Northwest operations for Equity Office Properties, which was then the Puget Sound region's largest office landlord. So he knows the market.
