When Colliers International closed its Tacoma office last month, the brokerage had to let go of a whopper listing: 250,000 square feet that Russell Investments will be vacating in October when it moves to Seattle.
Eric Cederstrand, Tom Brown and Blake Goldberg snagged the listing when they were still with Colliers. The trio, led by Cederstrand, landed down the street at Neil Walter Co. and took the listing with them. Russell wanted someone with a Tacoma office to handle subleasing its space, “which is totally understandable,” a Colliers spokesperson said.
