Industrial — the most overlooked sector in commercial real estate — is coming on strong, and sources say Seattle-based developer Tarragon is looking to capitalize.
There are rumors that the company, known for its diverse range of holdings, is selling all of its industrial property. That would be a lot of warehouses and a lot of land, some of which is entitled for the kind of big spaces that are in short supply. Tarragon's website lists 10 properties.
