Real Estate Buzz: Aspira sale could add fuel to the fire

Aspira is pretty much full and the lease rates are good, so expect to see it back on the market.
That's the word from Matt Burton, a principal with the developer, Urban Partners. He said he thinks the 37-story mixed-use apartment tower at 1823 Terry Ave. in the Denny Triangle will be listed sometime this year. That decision will be made with Urban Partners' project partners.
