Symetra Financial is on the hunt for at least 275,000 square feet of office space and weighing its options, which include Bentall Kennedy's planned 15-story project on the Summit campus in downtown Bellevue.
But this is not enough to prompt Bentall Kennedy to crank up the construction equipment and build the nearly 334,000-square-foot project at 320 108th Ave. N.E.
