Real Estate Buzz: Making more space for families downtown

Advocates for families say downtown needs larger housing units and playgrounds for small children. They say redeveloping the waterfront with play space and attractions like this fountain area would help a lot.
Much has been said about the urbanization of Seattle and all the young people who want to live near downtown for the jobs, transit and amenities.
