On the Block: Bellevue church finds a space to build 63 affordable housing units — in the parking lot
Very little affordable housing is being built in Bellevue, or on the Eastside in general. A rare exception is the 63-unit project that broke ground early this month at 3030 Bellevue Way N.E., a little north of downtown.
Its name? 30Bellevue.
