This is a residential conversion case study, admittedly not a fresh one, based on some notes and observations from a September road trip to Spokane. The splashiest thing I saw there, featured in these pages later that month, was the medical office-to-apartment project now known as 508 West. That 1960s complex now has 117 units on the hillside looking north to downtown.
But in downtown proper, at 120 N. Wall St., it took me a while to dig through my notes, then find a JLL retail leasing flyer to help explain the Roxy apartments. (These are not to be confused with downtown's Roxy hotel.)
