An $11 million makeover has been completed at 8th+Olive.
The 20-story, 300,000-square-foot building has a new glass entry and canopy. Windows are set in dark anodized aluminum frames.
The lobby was expanded to create a 7,000-square-foot community hall with parquet-style flooring throughout the retail spaces and a collaboration area. There is also conference space, showers and lockers, and more bike storage.
Anchor tenant Avvo has leased 110,000 square feet on floors 11-17. Retail tenants include Mr. West, which serves food, wine, beer and coffee; and Juicy Cafe.
Owner: Talon Private Capital
Contractors: Foushee & Associates, DP Incorporated
Architects: LMN Architects, Graham Baba Architects (community hall and retail); Burgess Design (upper floor improvements); Root|Culture Lab Design (interior design for Mr. West)
Leasing agent: Colliers International
