BUYING A COMPUTER THROUGH A HOME LOAN

Include your computer in your home loan? The City of Seattle has taken a new step for its teachers, bringing the costs of high technology under the more affordable umbrella of housing. The Department of Housing and Urban Development is combining with Continental Bank to finance the installation and cost of home computers and related equipment through the Federal Housing Administraion's 203k purchase/rehabilitation loan program.
