My father-in-law has become so annoyed with the number of sales-oriented postcards and fliers that arrive in the mail that he no longer opens anything that doesn't carry a first-class stamp. The man has a point. He's 79 and clearly wants to spend his time doing things other than sorting and reading junk mail.
