Economist warns real estate industry to prepare for Y2K

When I told my kids I went to hear an expert on the subject of Y2K, they asked me if Darth Vadar was there, too. Some people may consider Dr. Edward Yardeni, the chief economist for Deutsche Bank Securities and an authority of the Year 2000 Problem (Y2K), as a preacher of doom and gloom, but he is remarkably upbeat and funny -- given his prediction for a severe global economic recession 12 short months from now.
