Crib Notes: Live-work units work, so bring ‘em on everywhere ‘creatives' are gathering

As this building boom keeps going — and it will — we need more live-work units.

Build them smartly. Not everywhere and not for everyone. But we need them as another option in a spectrum of housing choices. Especially as the miracles of modern telecommunications keep freeing us up to work wherever we find a hotspot.
