Max Hunt, MBA, CPA has become a partner in the accounting firm of Ruljancich, Blume, Loveridge & Company, PLLC. Hunt was previously a partner with Spaeth & Batterberry in Ohio. He has over 20 years experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services to the real estate industry. Ruljancich, Blume, Loveridge & Company, PLLC, is a Washington based firm providing accounting, tax, audit, compliance and consulting services nationwide to the affordable housing industry.

Evergreen Title is expanding its Builder Service and Commercial Sales Division with the promotions of: Linda Barnes to Builder Services assistant vice president; Rick Libsack to commercial sales manager assistant vice president; and Jack Wheir to commercial title officer, assistant vice president. Each officer has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry.
Eric A. Sporre, a senior marketing consultant with Norris Beggs and Simpson Realtors since 1988, has joined Spieker Properties in Portland as project manager. Sporre will be responsible for the leasing and property management of Spieker's existing Eastside Portland industrial projects and for the leasing, property management and construction management of Spieker's new three-building, 205,000-square-foot Airport Way Commerce Park Development and for the new 106,000-square-foot Marine Drive Distribution Center II building under construction in the North Rivergate area.
Today, more than 4,500 Windermere Real Estate agents and staff members are skipping work in order to help with over 140 neighborhood improvement projects throughout the Northwest. The effort marks Windermere's 12th annual Community Service Day. Volunteer projects include landscaping, painting and light carpentry at parks, playgrounds, beaches, public schools, youth centers, low income housing facilities, senior centers, emergency shelters and civic buildings. Windermere has announced the addition of eight sales associates. The new associates are: Joanna Prince, Windermere/Oak Tree; Carol Glidewell, Auburn; Thelma Knight, Yarrow Bay; Charlotte Nelson, Queen Anne; Brent Schram, Oak Tree; Paul Croon, Builder Services; Erik Mehr, Wall Street; and Patricia Arnquist, Bellevue South office.
Continental Mortgage of Seattle has named Kevin Suther a loan officer in its Income Property Finance Department. Suther will be responsible for handling permanent financing for commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial and apartment buildings throughout the Northwest. Suther has over nine years of experience in commercial real estate lending.

Kevin Grossman has joined Yates, Wood and MacDonald as an associated broker. Grossman helps businesses make real estate leasing and purchase decisions and represents investors in the purchase and sale of apartments.
The local office of American Capital Resource, Inc. (ACR) was recently acquired by WMF/Huntoon, Page Associates Ltd. The move makes WMF/Huntoon the largest originator of FHA-insured multifamily mortgage loans in the country, with a nationwide retail and wholesale loan origination system. Louis Weisman, formerly regional manager of ACR's Northwestern Regional Office, becomes senior vice president/regional manager for WMF/Huntoon's Northwest region, and will head up the company's office in Seattle.
Kelli Jo Norris has joined Pinnacle Realty Management as vice president commercial services; specializing in commercial investment management in the Puget Sound Area. Norris has years of diverse commercial property management experience and extensive knowledge of construction management and tenant retention.
Reservations for the second annual Real Estate Technology Fair, which features nationally-known speakers and exhibitors, are now being accepted by the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors. The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Sept. 12, at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency. Reservations for the tech fair may be made by calling SKCAR offices in Kirkland, (206) 820-3277. Vendors who provide technology-related services and products may obtain exhibitor information by calling the same number. The registration fee is $20 per person, which includes materials and a continental breakfast; a box lunch option may be arranged for an additional $12.
