Keating promoted to VP of Grubb & Ellis

James M. Keating corporate service director and senior associate of the Grubb & Ellis Company's Seattle Office Properties Division, has been promoted to vice president. Keating, 1995 Seattle Top Producer and 10 year veteran of Grubb & Ellis, currently handles several on-going exclusive national assignments. Peter B. Truex, senior vice president and district manager of the Seattle Grubb & Ellis operations, has named Steven C. Guidinger to the Seattle Retail Properties Division. Guidinger specializes in tenant representation, and the marketing of retail properties in the Puget Sound region. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Guidinger was president of Chesapeake Realty Advisors in Philadelphia for 11 years. Previously, he was resident manager of CB Commercials' Miami and Fort Lauderdale operations.

Seattle Mortgage

Mary Mulnix, manager of the technology department, has been promoted to assistant vice president of information systems. Mulnix has been with the Seattle Mortgage for more than four years.

CB Commercial

CB Commercial Real Estate Group has announced the promotion of Pete Hollomon to associate. Hollomon is in his third year in commercial real estate, specializing in office sales and leasing in the Bellevue office. Hollomon has been with CB Commercial Real Estate since 1994.

Windermere

Windermere announced the addition of six sales associates. Joining the Windermere-Bellevue office is Joe Deasy. Don Marrs and Julie Lindell have joined the Ballard office. Rob Cherry, new to real estate, joins the Wall Street office, and joining the Northwest office is Susan Murphy.

DEA

Rebecca S. Vader, engineer, has joined the Tacoma office of David Evans and Associates Inc. (DEA) as a project manager for civil engineering clients, and will be responsible for a variety of civil and environmental projects and will manage projects that include the design and development of stormwater facilities, water main extensions, commercial properties, pump stations and landfills. David A. Ironmonger has been promoted to project surveyor following the receipt of his professional land surveyor's license last month. He has been with the firm for five years and has experience in boundary, construction, topographic and control surveys. He is also trained in safety and protection procedures for work on hazardous material sites.

ProVideo Productions

ProVideo Productions has recently completed the projects including the video documentation of Harborview Hospital construction for Kaplan/McLaughlin/Diaz, Inc.; a cancer research inter-cellular time lapse animated video for Dr. Sigrid Myrdal at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Research Institute in Seattle; a corporate identification and recruiting video for Qpoint Home Mortgage Loans; and a marketing/fund raising video for Rotary's Operation First Harvest, a nonprofit agency that gathers surplus food to distribute to area food banks. Located in Seattle, ProVideo produces video programs ranging from one-camera documentation to major training and sales videos and broadcast-level productions.

Arcand Company

The Arcand Company recently appointed Larry Simpson to senior vice president of property management for the CHP Property Management Group, an affiliate specializing in multifamily housing property management. Simpson oversees property management matters for the Arcand Company and has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in the real estate investment industry. Most recently, he was vice president of Harsch Investment Corporation, where he was responsible for 4,000 residential units in six states. Simpson will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Arcand's investment portfolio.

CB Commercial

CB Commerical Real Estate Group has announced the promotion of Art Day to senior associate. Day has been with CB Commercial in the Bellevue office over four years, specializing in commercial property sales and leasing, primarily in the Snohomish County area.

First Mutual Bank

Jeff McGinnis has been named residential loan officer at First Mutual Bank's Bellevue office. His responsibilities include providing mortgage financing for custom construction projects and refinancing.

Colliers

Colliers Macaulay Nicolls International and Colliers Real Estate Services has moved its downtown offices. The new address is: Two Union Square, 601 Union St, Suite 5300, Seattle, WA 98101.

The Prudential

Tom Heriford, associate broker with The Prudential Michael Smith Realtors in Bellevue and Susan Santos a Realtor associate with that office have merged to produce "The Total Service Team." The team is supported by professionals in financing, title insurance and escrow. Heriford focuses on marketing clients' properties while Santos helps buyers with buy a new home.

Windermere

Windermere has announced several new associates. Returning to the Windermere Bellevue office is Jeffrey Jessup after one year with Sun Mark Properties in Bellingham. Patrica Smith has joined Windermere from Seamark Realty and Craig Nelson brings six years of real estate experience to the Windermere Issaquah office.
