Lease Crutcher Lewis

Seattle general contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis has hired several project engineers and interns. The engineers include: Katrina Woodard, who has 13 years of experience and holds a construction management degree from Texas A&M; David Rydell, a construction management graduate of the University of Washington who previously worked for Olympic Associates; and Harold Sheley, who holds a construction degree from Colorado State University and previously worked for C3 Management. The interns include: Adam Wilson, who joined the company after spending the previous summer as an intern from the UW; Matt Rosauer, another 1997 intern from the UW who decided to join the firm; Doug Norem, who was a summer 1998 project engineer intern from the UW and continues to work part-time at the firm while he earns his construction management degree; and Virginia Farley, a summer intern who is remaining on with the company on a part-time basis as she studies civil engineering at the UW.

Scott Davis has been promoted to senior associate of the Bellevue office of CB Richard Ellis. He joined the firm three years ago and specializes in high-technology leasing and sales on the Eastside.

Greg Sifferman has been promoted to vice president and branch manager of Lynnwood Mortgage Corp.'s Lake Stevens branch. He has been the top producing loan officer at LMC's Mountlake Terrace branch for the last year.

Windermere Real Estate

Ross Gossman and Dedria Pope have joined Windermere Real Estate's West Seattle office as sales associates.

Pacific Real Estate Partners

Dave Lamont has joined Pacific Real Estate Partners and will represent commercial clients in leasing and sales of office and industrial properties as well as corporate consulting. Formerly with Spieker Properties, he is a licensed lawyer, holds a masters degree in nuclear engineering and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.

Norris, Beggs & Simpson

Norris, Beggs & Simpson is expanding into the Kent Valley by leasing space in the West Valley Business Park, 6401 S. 193rd Place. H. Roger Qualman, executive vice president of the Puget Sound office, said the firm wants to develop a larger client base in the valley.
