Seattle's Lease Crutcher Lewis has hired three new employees for its accounting and administration department. Cathy Davis is a new executive assistant, Susan Hulbert is the payroll supervisor and Madeline Shafer-Halter is the accounts payable supervisor. Davis has 17 years of experience and holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University. Hulbert is a University of Washington graduate in business administration and served as treasurer of Seattle/Nantes Sister City Association for 10 years. Shafer-Halter has more than 14 years of experience and attended Southern Oregon State College, Bellevue Community College and City University.

Elizabeth C. Wilson has joined Opus Northwest as real estate manager. She is responsible for managing the development process for both office and industrial projects that are under development by Opus. She most recently was vice president of development for Winmar Co. and served as project manager for development of the site infrastructure and first phase of the Redmond Town Center.
Michael Benoit, RPA, has joined Unico Properties as property manager of the University of Washington-owned Metropolitan Tract in downtown Seattle. He most recently was property manager for Bentall USA in Bellevue, and he has worked for Colliers Real Estate Services in Seattle. Properties on the 10-acre tract include Rainier Tower, Financial Center and IBM Building.
Thomas E. Bahn, CPM, has been promoted to senior vice president/director of PM Realty's Northwest Division. Based in Denver, he will oversee property management and leasing operations in the Northwest and is responsible for supervising fee management, in-house personnel and all property management in a portfolio of more than 10 million square feet. He is also responsible for supervising PM Realty Group's region offices in Seattle, Denver, San Francisco and Honolulu.
Three Colliers International brokers have put together a $2.3 million deal for a 50,000-square-foot Magnolia warehouse, which the buyers plan to renovate. The 17th Avenue West Partnership sold the warehouse, 3401 Thorndyke Ave. W., to the Freehold Group whose specialty is buying and renovating buildings. Colliers Vice Presidents Tim Foster and Rich Mermelstein represented the seller, and Associate Vice President Rex Noffsinger represented the buyer. The warehouse was about half rented by several small firms at the time of the sale last month. The warehouse will be cleared of tenants during the renovation, according to Foster.
John Kivimaki, Karen Sparling and Suki Wiggs have joined the Laurelhurst office of John L. Scott. Kivimaki previously worked for Century 21 -- Paul Thompson. Sparling was course and event coordinator for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Seattle and King County. Wiggs is a recent graduate of the University of Washington where he played football.
Windermere Real Estate has two new sales associates -- Julianne May and Daniel Farmer to its Lakeview office. May and Farmer previously worked for MacPherson's.
RE/MAX International has announced a joint marketing and web services agreement with RealSelect, operator of realtor.com. Under terms of the agreement, RealSelect becomes the preferrred web-related vendor for RE/MAX, which in return recommends and promotes RealSelect and realtor.com products and services to brokers and sales associates. By the end of the year, home shoppers performing a listing search on the RE/MAX site will tap into the realtor.com database for new and resale homes for sale by RE/MAX affiliates. The realtor.com site receives 3.8 million hits each month and has 1.3 million real estate listings.
The Institute of Real Estate Managment's 13th-annual Forecast Breakfast is at 7:30 a.m. Dec. 2 at the Bellevue Doubletree Hotel, 300 112th Ave. S.E. King County Executive Ron Sims will speak. The 10th-annual Advanced Conference on Commercial Real Estate Leases will be Dec. 3-4 at Cavanaugh's Inn in downtown Seattle.
