The law firm of Williams Kastner & Gibbs announced several new associates: Janet S. Chung, Ryan W. Collier, Casey L. Jorgensen, Ann M. Molitor and Rashelle C. Tanner. Chung will focus on labor and employment issues. Collier will concentrate on commercial litigation, business and real estate matters. Jorgensen will work on business transactions and sports law, and Molitor will focus on real estate and business transactions. Tanner's area of practice will be labor and employment.

Lisa McCabe has joined Washington Partners and will concentrate on office leasing in downtown Seattle. She was previously with Colliers International and has worked for Nextel Communications and McCaw Cellular.
Oscar Oliveira has joined CB Richard Ellis and is specializing in leasing and sales of office properties on the Eastside. He previously founded a company with two retail outlets known as Watches By Gosh!
Pinnacle Realty Management's Jeff Gilson and Jo Maynard have brokered deals for two of Sam Zell's Tacoma apartment complexes, including one that brought a record per unit price. The Gold Pointe, which has views of Puget Sound, sold for $5.7 million or $67,857 per unit. That's well above the mid-range Pierce County price of $45,000 for newer complexes. While it set a record in Tacoma, the top per-unit price in Pierce County this year was $84,000 for Harbor Village in Gig Harbor. Goodman Financial, headed by Pinnacle founder John Goodman, bought the 84-unit Gold Pointe from Zell's Equity Residential Properties Trust. Equity Residential also sold the 80-unit Windridge for $3.4 million. Buyers were two Puget Sound-area investors: Peter Morkill and John Lind, a Mercer Island dentist. Both complexes were developed by Holly Homes, which was acquired by the real estate investment trust Wellsford, which was acquired by Equity.
Linda Rehm has joined Tarragon as its in-house counsel. She will focus on real estate acquisition, development leasing and financing. Rehm had been with Jameson Babbitt Sites and Lombard P.L.L.C., in Seattle, and The Koll Co., in Newport Beach, Calif.
Tony Dwyer has joined the Lakeview office of Windermere as a sales associates. He had been with Michael Roland & Associates.
Attila Hegyi and Mike Hasse have joined the Seattle North office of MacPherson's Better Homes and Gardens. Teresa Michaels Plastino has joined the Lynnwood sales office, and Jim Cotter has joined the Auburn office.
SeaWest Realty will open an office Monday in Lynnwood at 3810 196th St. S.W., Suite 12. It offers associates 100 percent commission splits with no required desk fee, according to SeaWest President Randall Vanek.
Hong Kong-based Chartered Surveyors and International Property Consultants, Brooke Hillier Parker -- ONCOR announces that the firm has been renamed Brooke International -- ONCOR. The private firm of international property consultants has offices throughout Asia. The new name is a result of the acquisition of Hillier Parker -- a former partner -- by CB Richard Ellis.
