Scotta Ashcraft is joining Cushman & Wakefield as senior leasing director.
Ashcraft, who will start in December, comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Equity Office Properties. Previously, she worked for Spieker Properties, leasing its Eastside portfolio. In her career, she has leased more than 4 million square feet.
Trammell Crow Co., has promoted Mike Denney to senior vice president and alliance director for Swedish Medical Center. In addition to his role in setting company policy, he will continue to lead a team of 20 real estate professionals who provide services to Swedish on three campuses in Seattle.
A new company, swivelPIX, lets Realtors in King, Pierce and Kitsap counties offer virtual property tours. William Bagley and Phillip Carver, information technology developers, formed the Maple Valley company. They say swivelPIX is designated as Realtor.com's service provider. According to a recent National Association of Realtors survey, 71 percent of home buyers use the Internet to search for homes. That's up 30 points from 2001.

Nall will lead Triad's 12 surveying crews. Malone has worked as an independent consultant and currently is chairwoman of the Lake Washington Technical College HR Advisory Committee. She teaches at Green River and Bellevue community colleges. Manning has worked in marketing for Veritas, SGI and the Digital Equipment Corp.
Fisher Plaza officials announce four new tenants, and the introduction of PlazaNet, a high-speed wireless Internet access portal. PlazaNet lets tenants and their guests access the Internet from the building's public spaces. To access the system, users need a wireless-enabled laptop or PDA device and a user ID and password that Fisher Plaza provides. The new tenants are Punch Networks, a company that provides Web-based file storage, 3,000 square feet; HealthTalk, deliverers of information to patients, 4,500 feet; KHCV TV 45, a shop-at-home network, 4,200 feet; and Belltown Vision, an optical services provider, 1,600 feet. Fisher Plaza, which totals about 300,000 square feet, is 65 percent leased, according to Kirk Anderson, president of Fisher Media Services Co., a division of Fisher Communications.

Mary Lee has joined Windermere Real Estate in Seattle at its Queen Anne office. Lee, formerly with Amazon.com, is a sales associate who is new to real estate. Ken W. Balter has joined Windermere in Seattle at the Ballard office, also as a sales associate. Previously, he was a physician's assistant at Group Health.
