She was a principal at HMC Architects in Los Angeles. William D. Petasnick, who retired as president and CEO of Froedtert Health System in Wisconsin, joined Erdman's board.

Phillips Real Estate Services

Phillips Real Estate Services' recent golf tournament raised money for Compass Housing Alliance. Over 14 years, Phillips has raised about $150,000 for Compass, which provides services to people struggling with homelessness and poverty.

Coldwell Banker Bain|Seal

Coldwell Banker Bain|Seal of Bellevue introduced a set of marketing and sales tools for Coldwell Banker Previews International, its luxury home sales program. Coldwellbankerpreviews.com has more than 12,000 properties, with slideshows and video tours of listings. People can search in multiple languages and see prices in different currencies. Coldwell Banker Previews brokered 13,500 sales of houses priced at $1 million or more in 2011.

CoreNet

The Washington Chapter of CoreNet, an organization for corporate real estate professionals, is seeking nominations for its annual management award. The deadline is Aug. 15. Chambers

Kemper Development appointed Christa Chambers senior VP and CFO. She will oversee financial operations for the company's holdings, including Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place and Lincoln Square. She previously worked for KeyBank and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

Transwestern

Laycock

Greg Laycock will head the new office of Transwestern in Seattle, offering commercial brokerage, property management and multifamily investment services. Transwestern says it's one of the largest, privately held real estate companies in the country. Laycock's team will work with institutional and private clients. Laycock was senior VP of investment sales for Grubb & Ellis, and also worked for Fairfield Residential, where he closed $155 million in deals, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Wallace Properties

Jesse Seidel joined the Wallace Properties brokerage team, specializing in investment properties. He was involved in disposition of bank-owned commercial assets for banks.

Matt Buchanan joined the South Seattle office of Kidder Mathews to focus on sales and leasing of office and industrial space. Cramer Foster joined the Tacoma office. He works on retail leasing, and tenant and landlord representation.

Alliance Residential

Alliance Residential appointed Suzi Morris development director in the Pacific Northwest. She worked for Schnitzer West, and was involved in developing more than 1,200 residential units and 700,000 square feet of office space. Alliance is building the 166-unit Broadstone Koi apartments in Ballard, and seeking permits for the 250-unit Broadstone Capitol Hill at 10th and East Union. The Northwest region goes from Washington to Northern California.

NorthMarq

Stuart Oswald of NorthMarq in Bellevue arranged first mortgage financing of $6.175 million through Freddie Mac to buy Aldercrest Apartments, a 47-unit market-rate apartment at 303 10th Ave. in Seattle. Couch Investments III Limited Liability Co. bought the property this spring for nearly $9 million.
