DelCor Holdings Inc. has announced the purchase of the Delta Warranty operations from Delta Holdings Inc. DelCor Holdings was formed by two executives from Delta Warranty, President David L. Larson and Vice President Eric C. Kord , as well as Michael Heijer, president of GranCorp Inc. Real Estate Investments. Issaquah-headquartered Delta Warranty, which started operations in 1982, sells and administers extended service contracts on consumer electric products through major retail chains across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. It also manufactures a line of surge protection equipment under the trademark Product Plus. Delta Warranty's current annual sales are approximately $6 million.

Scott Brown has joined Genstar Land Company Northwest as development manager for the master-planned residential community Eagle Ridge.
The Prudential Michael Smith Realtors, an 80-agent Bellevue-based firm, has recently added several new sales associates. They include: Jim Muenz, Marina Giorgiev, Pat Carlson, Vivian Peterson and Calvin Penny.
W.E. "Bill" Ruth, a longtime realtor in the South King County area, has recently converted his two real estate offices ( Renton and Maple Valley) to RE/MAX franchises. Both franchises will be known as RE/MAX Performance Plus.
The Washington State Housing Commission will sponsor a free community homebuyer education seminar on Aug. 19, at Metropolitan Savings, 9325 Rainier Ave. S., in Seattle. Kenneth Treiger and Daniel Riley have joined Marcus & Millichap as new sales associates. Treiger is a 10-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Riley has an extensive background in real estate appraisal, primarily in connection with World Savings & Loan in Chicago.
Prudential Meridian Valley Realty Inc. has appointed Mark Mangold as residential division manager. Mangold was formerly a broker with Windermere's West Seattle office. He holds both the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, as well as the certified real estate brokerage manager designations.
Terranomics Retail Services has recently moved to downtown Seattle. The office is located at 83 University St. Terranomics specializes in project leasing, tenant representation, site acquisition and dispositions, consulting services and development services.
Seattle area homeless children and families will receive much-needed food, shelter, supplies and a variety of other items with funds from donations made by associates at Windermere Real Estate's Madison Park office through the Windermere Foundation. Associates, together with matching Foundation funds, have donated a total of $11,000 to local homeless assistance programs.
RE/MAX offices across Washington helped raise $66,000 for Children's Miracle Network during the Children's Hospital Golf Marathon at the Classic Golf Course, in Spanaway.
