Paratransit Services

In a reorganization of Paratransit Services, Steve Hutchins has been promoted from transportation manager and deputy director to executive vice president of consulting and market development, and Mel Petrie, administration manager for the past three years, was named executive vice president of finance and administration. Hutchins has 17 years of experience in transportation services management, with expertise in marketing, operations and starting up new systems. He has worked for private non-profit, private for-profit and public transportation companies. During the past 20 years, Petrie has worked in the public and private sector, for employers including the Washington State Department of Revenue and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Low & Associates

Robert Low has opened Low & Associates Inc., a full service investment real estate appraisal and consulting firm in Kirkland, 218 Main St., Suite 495. Low, who is state certified in Washington and Idaho, has provided appraisal, market studies and general consulting services to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest for more than 10 years

Clise Properties

Richard Stevenson has been named chief operating officer for Clise Properties. Stevenson joins Clise with more than 14 years in property management. He most recently spent six years as a general manager with Harbor Properties Inc.

Matthew Balkman has been appointed a senior investment associate of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Brokerage Company.

Greg Laycock and Ed Watts of Grubb & Ellis' Seattle investment properties division recently negotiated the sale of the Brentwood Apartments for $5,340,000. Brentwood Apartments is a 117-unit apartment complex in Everett located at 805 112th St. S.E.

Windermere Real Estate has added six new sales associates. They include: Tom Runciman and Chad Ohrt, Bothell; Monte Swears, Eastlake; Trisha Miller, Federal Way; Valari Jackson-McQuinton , Kent; and Tina Thayer-Canning, Lake Forest Park.
