ERA Keywest Realty in Vashon Island has joined the ERA Real Estate Network. Fred Steen is owner/broker for ERA Keywest Realty. ERA Real Estate has member brokers in all 50 states and 14 countries.

Kingsbridge Apartments

American Capital Resource, Inc. announced the funding of a $2,617,000 permanent loan for the Kingsbridge Apartments in Federal Way. The apartments were insured under the HUD 223(f) program with a 35-year fully amortized, permanent fixed rate loan at an interest rate of 7.3 percent.

New hospitality consulting group

Horwath Hospitality Consulting USA and Landauer Hospitality Group agreed to combine their hospitality consulting activities in the United States. Horworth is a member of Horwath International, an international network of accounting and management consulting firms. Landauer Hospitality Group is a division of Landauer Associates, Inc., an international real estate consulting firm. The agreement creates the largest hospitality consulting group in the nation, with offices in 15 cities throughout the country. "Joining forces with Horwath will further globalize our hospitality business, and allows us to bring worldwide resources and industry information directly to our customers. We can now serve both our domestic clients' international needs, as well as our global clients' U.S. Market requirements" said Ken Wilson, national director of hospitality services at Landauer.

Windermere

Mage Gangon, Tara Solis, and Jane O'Neal have joined Windermere Real Estate as sales associates. Gangon joins the West Seattle-Fauntleroy office after starting his real estate career with Excel Properties. Solis, new to real estate, joins Windermere's Auburn office. O'Neal begins her real estate career with the Windermere-Eastlake office.

NAIOP chapter wins award

The Washington State Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) won the 1995 NAIOP Chapter Merit Award for Community Enhancement. The chapter received the award for its public/private/community group partnership between NAIOP, the city of Seattle and Thornton Creek Alliance that provided volunteers, funding, materials and equipment for the re-creation of a wetland and creek restoration project.

Coldwell Banker On-line

Homes listed with Seattle's Coldwell Banker Bain Associates are now being displayed on the Web site. Through the Internet, homes will become instantly more accessible to buyers not just in the Seattle area but internationally. Earlier this year, Coldwell Banker Corp. introduced a proprietary World Wide Web site on the Internet. Lynnwood Mortgage Corp

The Lynnwood Mortgage Corp. (LMC) is offering a a new mortgage program that allows builders, sellers and lenders to offer home buyers a no-interest loan for up to 12 months. Through this program, either a builder, a seller or a lender agrees to pay the interest for up to a year. LMC hopes that the program, East Pay Program, coupled with the continuing decline in interest rates, will get the 1996 housing market off to a strong start. LMC has offices in Burlington, Everett, Lake Stevens, Mountlake Terrace and Sivlerdale.
