Graham & Dunn named Craig L. Jones a shareholder and Janis G. White of counsel. Jones joins the firm's real estate industry team. White will serve as a commercial litigator in the financial services industry team.

Jeff Piccolo of Burger King Corp. will serve as this year's president of CoreNet Global's Washington chapter. CoreNet Global is an association of corporate real estate professionals. It was formed through the merger last may of NACORE and IDRC. The group's other officers for this year are: vice president Kent Wiegel of Washington Mutual; secretary-treasurer Richard Amidei of Safeco Insurance; and vice presidents Don Beck of WaMu, Patricia Loveall and Gordon Buchan of Insignia Kidder Mathews and Stephen Rothrock of Colliers International.
Cliff Gustin was named 2002 broker of the year for the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute's Washington chapter. CCIM cited Gustin's representation of the buyer in a Weyerhaeuser sale-leaseback deal. Gustin runs his own firm, Cliff Gustin Inc.
Asset manager Kim Moore, a vice president at Pugh Capital Management, joined the board of the non-profit Housing Resources Group, which provides affordable housing in downtown Seattle. Bryan Friend of Washington Mutual was elected the board's president for this year. Laurel Spelman of the Downtown Emergency Service Center is vice president and president-elect. Quentin Kuhrau of Unico Properties is secretary and treasurer. HRG manages 1,596 apartments at 26 locations throughout Seattle. It is building 201 apartments in four locations and assisting two non-profit organizations in creating 343 more low-income apartments.
