Description
This expansion project will enlarge Spokane International Airport by
one-third. The project includes the construction of 95,000 square feet
of new structure, two ticket counters, two baggage claim devices, concession
areas, a skybridge connecting to the parking garage, an area for courtesy
vehicles, and a metered parking lot.
The expansion will take up an area that formerly was an economy parking
lot west of the main terminal. A new satellite lot has been constructed
east of the terminal. Alaska, Horizon, and Big Sky Airlines will share
the new concourse.
