Project description: Remove two concrete bridges and one steel girder bridge and construct one concrete rigid frame bridge and one prestressed concrete girder bridge, additional lanes, ramps, walls, traffic control and other work.

Start of construction: August 1998.
Expected completion date: Spring 2000.
