Project description: The project includes is the replacement and modernization of an existing 1950s multi-building campus facility on a 21-acre site in Everett. The primary design goal for the school was to create a dynamic educational facility to foster social interaction and create pride of ownership. The new building construction includes 96,000 square feet of classrooms, commons and administration office space. The project also includes a remodeled gymnasium, new athletic fields and track. The single-building design is in response to the Everett School District's request for enclosed circulation. The academic wing will consist for two levels of classrooms, library and computer lab. The commons will offer views of the Cascades through a two-level wall of windows.
