Project description: A new six-level post-tensioned concrete parking garage for 2,000 cars. The structure will be about 300,000 square feet and will be supported by 480 steel pipe piles. The job also includes adjacent site work, sidewalks and a two-level pedestrian bridge spanning the garage and the new baseball stadium.

Address: South of the new Mariner's baseball stadium.
Original contract amount: $19,367,000.
Start of construction: July 22, 1998.
Expected completion date: July 1, 1999.
