The space also houses a business incubator for local firms.

CHELAN — Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce has new offices and a visitor center in a remodeled 8,000-square-foot building at 216 E. Woodin Ave.

A Sammamish-based investor acquired the property for $514,000 in 2014, and the chamber has a lease.

The space will also be a business incubator, where new firms can rent space and share a receptionist, copiers and conference rooms.

Work included finishing the basement, which had been used for storage.

Element Construction was the general contractor, and interior graphic design was by OnMerit Marketing. Industry Graphics did the graphics fabrication.

The chamber has 490 members.

More information about the area is at www.lakechelan.com. You can find out about events, housing and entertainment.
