The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco announced David K.Y. Tang, partner with the Seattle-based law firm Preston Gates & Ellis, has been designated chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's board of directors. T. Gary Rogers, chairman and CEO of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream Holdings, in Oakland, Calif., is deputy chairman. The bank has branch offices in Los Angeles, Seattle, Salt Lake City and Portland.

Callison promoted 10 people to director. Directors are responsible for driving change within the organization, according to Callison. They are: Brad Barnett; Matt Billerbeck; Judd Eddy; Rod Johnson; Carolyn Jones; Peter Krech; Glen Matsui; Michelle McCormick; Song Pak; and Alex Shapleigh.
Jason Grube recently joined Daigle Design's graphic design team. He has a visual arts degree from University of Wisconson. Daigle Design is based on Bainbridge Island.
Portico named Keith Robert McClintock, a landscape architect, to principal. He has designed for zoos in Calgary, Honolulu, Auckland, Chicago and Portland, and worked on re-constructed gardens in the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco. Portico also added new staff: Eric Blank, architect; Maren Coleman, landscape architect; Wing Fong, graphic designer; Lasse Jaakola, architect; Devin Lai, architectural designer; Richard Larson, exhibit designer; Michael Lombardi, architectural designer; Ed Mah, landscape architect; JR Myers, landscape designer; James Pase, architectural designer; Brian Schroeder, architectural designer; Arlyne Sevilla, human resource administrator; Birgit Soderlund, exhibit designer; Kara Weaver, landscape designer; and Michael Yariv, landscape designer.
