Davis has 20 years of experience leading value studies, constructability reviews, cost estimating, commissioning and condition assessments, and has managed on-call contracts for Sound Transit and other agencies. Sazan provides commissioning, value engineering, building performance optimization, energy audits, and HVAC Test-Adjust-Balance and construction services.

She is working on Westpointe Career and Technical Education Center at Salt Lake Community College. Dawson is in the Portland office. She designed the first Cross Laminated Timber structure built in Oregon at the Oregon Zoo. Orona is in the Portland interiors group. He worked on Marcus Mariota Sports Performance Center at the University of Oregon. Kogut is in the Portland office, and on the team for Multnomah County Central Courthouse. Barter works in Portland and oversaw construction administration of the Center for Radiochemistry Research at Oregon Health and Science University. Hunt is in Seattle and working on the Student Recreation Center at South Seattle College. McPherson is in the Portland interiors group. She is involved in SRG's emerging professionals group, diversity initiative and mentorship group. Allen joined the marketing team in 2012 and works in Portland. Surath, in the Seattle office, is working on WSU North Puget Sound at Everett. Turner was hired in 2015 and is on the Seattle marketing team. Lochner works in Portland, on projects that include Glenwood CLT Parking Garage in Springfield, Oregon. Foster works in Portland, on projects that include Portland State University's School of Business Administration.

Pam Gunther joined Seattle-based Hart Crowser as principal ecologist and natural resources managing principal. Gunther's 25 years of experience includes environmental assessments and impact statements, habitat conservation plans, and documentation for threatened and endangered species. She supported preparation of the environmental assessment for the 2016-2017 Puget Sound harvest list of agreed fisheries. Hart Crowser is an engineering, science, and consulting firm.

Boatman leads the cost estimating practice and value analysis studies, and oversees Facility Condition Assessment projects. He has 25 years of experience as a construction estimator, consultant, owner and designer. Partap leads the business operations and project management teams. She has managed large facility condition assessment projects for Thurston County, the City of Tacoma and Puget Sound Energy. Smith leads technical engineering consulting services, including facility commissioning, performance engineering and assessment. He has won awards from ASHRAE and the Washington Society of Professional Engineers. Meng offers quality and cost performance consulting.

Franco has 10 years of civil engineering experience on projects that include water resources, drainage, wastewater, storm and sanitary sewer design, and filed inspection and analysis. Palmatier has 14 years of electrical engineering experience focused on wastewater and water projects, and a background in instrumentation and controls projects from design to construction closeout. BHC is a municipal services consulting firm, with an office also in Tacoma.

Parsons, an engineering services firm, hired Richard Reis as vice president and Northwest regional manager of the infrastructure division, which focuses on bridges, highways and transit systems. Reis oversees operations. He has over 35 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, construction and project management, with clients that have included the Washington Department of Transportation and Amazon.com.

The Watershed Co. of Kirkland hired Logan McClish as a water resources specialist, and Tess Brandon with the firm has become a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners. McClish evaluates the effects of land development on water resources and designs ecologically-friendly solutions. He is working on Foothills Trail with King County Parks. Brandon has five years of planning experience. She is assisting Port of Seattle projects along the Duwamish River. Watershed provides natural resources assessment, mitigation and restoration design, environmental planning and permitting, arborist and landscape architecture services.

Flint has 30 years of experience in infrastructure development and public works, transportation, and utility operations. He was Northwest geographic manager for transportation at CH2M Hill. He will lead regional operational units and company programs, and do business development. Sylvain has 12 years of experience as a civil engineer. He will manage and design water, wastewater, community building and transportation projects. He was with AECOM. Parametrix provides transportation, natural resources, community building, water solutions, and environmental engineering and science services.

Fife-based BCE Engineers promoted Dave Newkirk to associate. Newkirk has been with the firm for two years as director of business development. BCE is a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering firm.

He is leading the ecological analysis practice and has major roles in the landscape architecture practice. His work includes the Smith Rock capacity assessment for Oregon Parks and Restoration District. He has worked at Vigil-Agrimis (now ESA) and at EDAW AECOM.
