She works on commercial, workplace, public and higher education projects. Running was hired in 2016. He works on multifamily, resort and recreation, and workplace projects. His work includes rehab of Western Oregon University's Natural Sciences Building. Roark was hired in 2006, and has managed school and commercial projects. She is managing the expansion of Beaverton School District's transportation and maintenance facility. Rumi was hired in 2015, has worked on higher education and public projects, and is managing renovation of SmartPark's 10th and Yamhill parking garage and retail shops.
