He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, nearly 16 years of AEC experience and served four years in the Army Corps of Engineers.

Construction lawyer Todd Henry relocated his practice to Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder in Bellevue, where he is of counsel. Henry previously was a partner at Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker in Seattle, where he had practiced since 2002. Henry had a 20-year career in construction management in the Seattle area before completing law school in 2001. He is a contributor to the DJC's “Nuts and Bolts” construction blog and is a member of the Washington and Idaho bars.

Hunter is consulting on design, maintenance, due diligence and modernizations of elevators throughout the Pacific Northwest. He previously managed Centric Elevator in Portland, has 16 years of industry experience and is a qualified elevator inspector. He holds a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University, an MBA and a doctorate in lift engineering management.

Cascade Windows

Vinyl window and door manufacturer Cascade Windows bought Paramount Windows, one of the largest window makers in Arizona. The acquisition is expected to boost Cascade's production capacity and broaden its geographic reach. Cascade has plants in Spokane, Portland and Salt Lake City. It is a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners.

Gundlach has 40 years of experience that covers sheet metal work, project management, estimating and design engineering. Precour has more than 15 years of administrative experience, and holds a paralegal certificate from Seattle Central College. Riler has 16 years of accounting experience, and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Gonzaga University.

Monroe-based Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. appointed Deena Eckroth as HR director. Eckroth has more than 15 years of human resources management experience in the manufacturing industry, including employee recruitment, development and retention. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

Quantum Windows & Doors appointed Melissa Benton as president. Benton has been with the Everett-based company since 2003 and has worked in operations and production. She previously was director of client services, where she led sales, engineering and administrative teams. Quantum specializes in custom wood and aluminum-clad windows and doors for residential, commercial and historic projects.

Dallas-based Roofing Supply Group opened a branch in Woodinville that is led by Todd Severson, who is also the Seattle Branch manager. Arik Moe is assistant manager in Woodinville. RSG, a national wholesaler of roofing supplies and related materials, also operates a branch in Spokane.
