Construction management firm KBA Inc. relocated its Bellevue headquarters to the Gateway 112 building at Bellefield Office Park. The new address is 11201 S.E. Eighth St., Suite 160, Bellevue, WA 98004. Phone numbers and email addresses remain the same. KBA has branch offices in Olympia, Mount Vernon and Yakima.
Grip, the workers' comp program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, earned a 37 percent return this year. The program's record results were attributed to more than 60 percent of participants earning a claim free discount from L&I, adherence to new program requirements such as making light-duty positions available to injured workers, and strong relationships between Grip participants and their retro coordinators.

The Seattle office of BNBuilders hired Jeremy Jones as senior superintendent and Sean Gossett as senior estimator. Jones has more than 20 years of experience with residential and commercial high-rises, schools and civic projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction engineering from Montana State University. Gossett has more than 16 years of experience with higher educational buildings, data centers, healthcare facilities and residential towers. He is a Central Washington University alum.
The Seattle office of Abbott Construction hired Matt McKeeby as project manager and promoted Katie Carrera to the newly created position of human resources partner. McKeeby has 10 years of construction experience and is focusing on healthcare projects. Carrera joined Abbott in 2014 as human resources coordinator. She is managing benefits and performance reviews, tracking safety compliance and handling various other HR matters.
Monroe-based Canyon Creek Cabinet Co. hired Patrick Foltz as assembly manager. Foltz spent nearly 25 years working at the largest cabinet manufacturer in North America, starting as a cabinet builder and working his way up to general manager of a manufacturing plant.
Arizona Polymer Flooring, a manufacturer of flooring products and concrete coating systems, promoted Mark Haen to sales representative for the Rocky Mountain region, which covers Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Montana and Idaho. Haen is focusing on industrial and decorative concrete projects. He joined the Glendale, Arizona-based company in 2013 as a technical sales representative.
