Tulalip Tribe turns farmland back into salt marsh

    A complex series of mitigation efforts spanning more than 18 years is allowing the final phase of the $11 million Qwuloolt Estuary restoration project, located three miles from the Snohomish River's outlet into Possession Sound, to be completed.
