The Post at 888 Western Ave. opened in December with 208 apartments in a 16-story building at the corner of Marion Street and Western Avenue in downtown Seattle.
The industrial-style apartments have concrete ceilings, exposed ductwork and wood floors. Rents range from $1,400 to $3,900 a month for a mix of studio, and one-and two-bedroom units. Sizes go from 430 to 1,290 square feet.
Residents can use a rooftop terrace and lounge with a kitchen, theater, game room, library, and rooms for fitness and yoga.
On the lower floors are five retail spaces totaling 9,400 square feet, as well as several levels of parking.
