It's a safe bet developers all over town have March 30 circled in red on their calendars. That's the day a City Council committee will hold a public hearing about reducing parking requirements.
The words "public hearing" elicit a blank stare from most people, followed by an attempt to cover up a yawn. But developers are so hungry for this discussion that their eyes light up at the thought of 5:30 p.m. March 30.
