With Washington's job growth the strongest in six years, some developers are starting to think office space.
One isMartin Selig. No surprise there. It was Selig who built the Northwest's tallest building the 76-story Bank of America Tower back in the 1980s. Now he's pursuing a much smaller project on the old Ivar's Captain's Table site, along the waterfront.
