Toll Brothers paid $14.4 million for 36 single-family lots on top of Magnolia. The price works out to $400,000 per lot.
“It's not cheap, is it?” said Eric Campbell, president of the Seattle division for Toll, a national company that entered the Seattle market late last year when it acquired Campbell's company, CamWest Development.
