A Kirkland apartment complex recently sold for $29.5 million — or $198,000 per unit — the most expensive per unit sale this year in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties for complexes with 75 apartments or more.
Kirkland-based Weidner Investments bought the 149-unit Aspen Creek Apartments at 11101 123rd Lane N.E. from a Singapore investor, according to Hendricks & Partners broker Kenny Dudunakis, who represented the seller and buyer. The investor was advised by Falcon Real Estate Investment Co. of New York.
