Bruce Savett, a founder and principal of Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Granite Peak Partners, thinks Seattle's apartment rents are low relative to other large West Coast cities. He says that will change soon.
Savett, who did real estate deals (mostly in California) out of a Seattle office from 1997 to 1999 and owns a home on Bainbridge Island, says Seattle's economy recovered later than those other markets, so it has further to go.
