Real Estate Buzz: Want to put a pencil-thin tower on Pill Hill?

Brokerage Grubb & Ellis is offering a possible redevelopment play on Seattle's Pill Hill: a small parcel wedged between two properties owned by an affiliate of Swedish Medical Center. Broker Craig Hill says the list price will be just over $3 million.
“The only spark in the real estate world these days is medical office building investments,” said Hill, who will be marketing the property with Janet Backus and Greg Laycock. “I think the hill has got a lot more play in it. I think it'll see more development sooner than the rest of the city.”
