Real Estate Buzz: A downtown sales office for Boeing?

The talk is Boeing Commercial Airplane Group is looking for office space for its sales team in downtown Seattle.
If that's true, it would be a surprise. Boeing has rarely, if ever, had a presence in downtown Seattle, said broker Dave Magee of Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. He has been in commercial real estate for 25 years and said he does not recall the company having offices in downtown Seattle. If it did, he said, it was an inconsequential amount.
