Management by Design: Does your staff need a coach, trainer — or both?

The new economy encourages organizations to be more efficient and productive. Multi-tasking is one approach. Another is training to strengthen the abilities of each staff member, boost new hire productivity, and revitalize the skills of long-timers.

However, training has limitations. It can’t be personalized and there is little time for feedback and individual interaction.
