Edmonds-based Terwedo Financial Services added Denine Winstead as director of client development. Winstead has been a supervisor with Safeco Insurance Co. for more than 20 years as a trainer, manager and mentor, with a focus on customer service. She will implement a marketing strategy designed by Steve Moeller, an expert on marketing financial services, and owner of American Business Visions.

Entranco added Jon Gage to its Bellevue staff. Gage will prepare wetland delineation reports, conceptual wetland mitigation plans and landscape design construction documents for projects ranging from ecosystem restoration to streetscape design. He is assigned to the 11-acre Evans Creek wetland mitigation project on state Route 202 for WSDOT and the Bear Creek restoration which will align 4,000 feet of salmon bearing stream for the city of Redmond.
Entranco's current projects include the recently awarded East Lake Sammamish Parkway for the city of Sammamish and Auburn's C Street Southwest roadway improvements.
Tim Haley has joined Carter & Burgess as a senior project manager in the firm's Seattle office. Haley has 30 years of program and project management, business development, architectural design and planning. He has planned and designed a variety of facilities, including medical, law and justice, and residential, and has expertise in the educational market.
FSi consulting engineers announced Carrie Krause has been named an associate. Krause is a registered mechanical engineer and joined FSi in 1992. She has been the project manager and engineer on two of FSi's largest prime projects: the HVAC upgrade for the Atlantic Base Maintenance Building for King County Transit and the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Facility for the Naval Station in Everett. She is working on the first Northeast Transfer Station for King County Solid Waste, which is anticipated to achieve a LEED Silver Rating.
FSi also added Ken Billington to its design staff. Billington has 12 years of mechanical and plumbing design experience. His expertise includes education, commercial and mixed-use projects. He recently completed design for the University of Washington Bagley Hall Lab 191 remodel, and is currently working on the Greenbridge Housing project and the Silver Lake Water District Office and Maintenance Buildings.

Huntley Pascoe works on health care, educational and system distribution facilities. Huntley Pascoe and Coffman worked together recently on expansions for Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
Roger Huntley is a principal and returns to Coffman after 18 years as president and co-founder of HPi. He will work on master electrical specifications and healthcare projects. Principal Chris Barker works on health care facilities and will manage the Seattle office's electrical group. Paul Jones III is a principal who was a lead electrical engineer at Boeing Computer Services and works on K-12 educational facilities.
Chris Maloney will focus on educational and health care facilities. Erin Burke and Eric Sweet will work on health care and state work. Pete Johanson and Michael Huntley join the electrical design and CAD department.
Coffman offers structural, mechanical, electrical and project management services, with offices in Seattle, Spokane, Anchorage and Los Angeles.
Judson Youell recently rejoined The Berger Partnership, a landscape architecture and site planning firm, as senior project manager. He will work on project management for landscape architecture projects with a focus on athletic field and play field projects. He worked for Timberline Software in Oregon and as a landscape architect in Tacoma.
