Seattle landscape architecture firm Site Workshop added Susan Eastman as a landscape architect and project manager. Eastman has 23 years of experience and is managing projects for Everett Community College, Silverlake Center and Valley Medical Center. Carolyn Salisbury joined the firm, and will work on design, management and fieldwork as a landscape designer.
Stephen Thomas joined Golder Associates' Redmond office as senior hydrogeologist. He works on surface and groundwater projects such as basin management, artificial recharge and flow modeling. Thomas helped municipalities develop groundwater resources as project hydrogeologist at Camp Dresser & McKee in its Bellevue and Irvine, Calif., offices. Golder is a global group of consulting companies that specialize in ground engineering and environmental services.
The civil engineering firm Hammond Collier Wade Livingstone announced Scott Edwards has earned Washington State Professional Land Surveyor designation. Edwards has worked on topographic, boundary and route surveys, as well as construction staking.

McFadgen has been with the company for four years and is project architect for an elementary school in Auburn. Fisher is project designer for an athletic center at a Spokane school.
