Kent-based communications company Integra Telecom appointed: Mark Blosch senior vice president; David Peterson vice president sales; Jason Koenders vice president of operations; and Dan Stoll vice president of customer operations. Blosch will supervise customer service, sales and installation groups in Washington. Peterson will oversee Integra's Washington sales teams. Koenders will lead technical operations and engineering for Washington customers. Stoll established the company's Utah organization. Integra employs 65 and says it plans to increase staff by a quarter this year.
Redmond-based clothing company Eddie Bauer named David Makuen vice president of marketing. Makuen was vice president of a marketing division for the Ann Taylor and Loft brands. He will oversee brand communications, retail creative design and apparel marketing programs.

White Shield added Scott Edwards as a survey project leader. Edwards is a land surveyor and does topographic mapping, monitoring and construction surveys. He will lead and manage project development for the company's Bellevue office.
Jon Butcher has joined Zervas Group Architects as an intern architect. Butcher worked in construction as a carpenter and moved to Snohomish County to do architecture. He is working on projects for the Bellingham Golf & Country Club, Bellingham Housing Authority and the Camp Hamilton Lodge. Amberleigh Benner was promoted to director of marketing. Benner studied marketing at the University of Phoenix and is working on a strategic marketing plan. Zervas Group is a 12-person firm based in Bellingham that specializes in public, commercial, multi-family and custom residential projects.

Tom Ripley of Egis Real Estate Services in Seattle has earned accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Version 2.1 professional. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design. Version 2.1 is an administrative update of the LEED 2.0 rating system for new commercial construction, major renovations and high-rise residential buildings. LEED-accredited professionals facilitate the sustainable design and LEED application processes.

Gary Guloy joined as a senior designer. He has 25 years experience designing and managing projects for educational and retail facilities. At Cierra he will work with education clients, including Olympic College.
Corie Harns has joined Cierra as a CAD drafter with seven years of CAD experience.

Mark Evans joins Arca as senior designer with 15 years of experience. He is the design architect for the 165,000-square-foot Silver Lake Center, an urban village in Everett, and SkyGarden, a condominium tower on First Hill. He worked in Malaysia as project architect on a luxury mixed-use hotel and office complex in Kuala Lumpur.
Mark Wettstone joined as project architect for Belmont Place seniors housing. He was with a project architect at Hewitt Architects where he worked on condominiums in Bellevue.
Donald Proctor recently joined Coughlin Porter Lundeen as a civil engineering project manager. Proctor has 14 years of experience in site, road and utility engineering. He will lead the company's civil team on Snohomish school district's new elementary and high school projects. Coughlin Porter Lundeen does civil, structural and seismic engineering, and is located in Seattle.
Patano+Hafermann Architects added Stephanie Brown as a project architect. Brown was based in Massachusetts and has worked with Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, Venturi Scott-Brown and Associates, and Weiss-Manfredi Architects. She taught at the University of Pennsylvania's graduate school of design and in the architecture department at Smith College.
