HDJ Design Group, a firm of engineers, planners, landscape architects and surveyors headquartered in Vancouver, hired
John R. Brodeur, a licensed professional engineer and licensed engineering geologist, in its Pasco office. Brodeur has more than 25 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, geohydrology and engineering geophysics work. He has spent the last 10 years in the region performing geotechnical investigations and solving soil and groundwater problems. The firm also hired
Lisa Johnson in its administrative staff in the Vancouver office. She will handle general ledger accounting duties.
The Tacoma-based firm Architects Rasmussen Triebelhorn hired
Cory Hamilton. Hamilton is skilled in AutoCAD and Revita architecture software, and has more than 10 years of experience in institutional and municipal projects including health care and fire prevention. He is working on the Pierce County County-City Building multi-phase renovation and a remodel project for the Washington Military Department at Camp Murray.
PACE Engineers hired
David Poulson as branch manager of its Oregon City office. Poulson has 24 years of experience in civil engineering and project management for both public and private organizations. His experience includes urban planning, community development, and commercial and industrial property development. He also has experience in civil engineering for transportation and public works infrastructure and military housing developments.

Century West Engineering named
Dennis D. Fuller president and
Joe Roshak vice president of the company, a firm of planners, engineers and construction management specialists with offices in Portland, Bend, Spokane and Ellensburg. Fuller and Roshak have been with Century West for more than 20 years.
J. Ned Dempsey, Century West founder and past president, will continue to be involved as chairman of the board and a member of the senior management team.
Jason Scott of GeoEngineers’ Spokane office was promoted to senior 2 fisheries biologist. He recently received the title Certified Fisheries Professional from the American Fisheries Society.
Kevin Randall was hired as a hydrogeologist at GeoEngineers’ Spokane office. He previously worked for Y-Squared Geotechnical as a staff geologist.
Transportation Solutions of Redmond hired
Neena Bhagat as financial administrator. In addition to performing daily accounting activities, Bhagat recently led TSI’s accounting software conversion. She comes to TSI with more than 20 years of accounting experience.
