Golder Associates hired Todd Hoffman as a senior project reservoir engineer and John Edgerly as a project water resources engineer in its Redmond office. Hoffman specializes in reservoir modeling and has extensive experience in fracture modeling and simulating flow through fractures. Edgerly specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for surface water and river engineering projects. He has worked in Golder's Calgary office for the past three years.

Otak named structural/civil engineer, In-Tae Lee, and water resources engineer, Tim Kraft, to principals. Lee, who works in the Lake Oswego office, has been with the firm for six years and has 25 years of experience. Lee's primary responsibility is project management and the design of transportation structures. He recently worked on the Diamond Creek Bridge replacement project in an environmentally sensitive section of U.S. Forest Service land in Douglas County, Ore. Kraft, who works in the Vancouver office, has been with the firm for five years, and has 15 years of experience in engineering and 12 years of experience in construction. His expertise includes sewer and stormwater master planning, conveyance system sizing and design, floodplain studies, stream restoration projects and water-related modeling. He recently worked on the Highway 99 Bridge over Salmon Creek in Clark County.

BrN Engineering

Reeves
BrN Engineering hired Eric Reeves as a senior project manager and associate. Reeves has more than 20 years of experience in designing, managing and estimating electrical systems for large projects including commercial high rises, industrial applications and hospitals. His previous experience includes regional management for a major electrical contractor to senior project manager, construction supervisor, liaison engineer and owner's representative.

Interface Engineering promoted Edward David and Michael Stanton to principals. David, a senior electrical engineer, specializes in marine/upland electrical power system design and is the special projects lead for Interface's Sacramento office. Stanton, a senior mechanical engineer, leads the mechanical design team in Sacramento and has a background in design/build. The firm also promoted four employees to associate principals: George Arellano, senior mechanical engineer in San Francisco; Christine Brent, manager of integrated support services in Portland; Steve Kelly, RCDD principal and technologies team leader in Portland; and Kathleen Roach, senior fire life/safety designer in Portland. The firm also promoted six employees to associates: Adam Carlson, senior mechanical engineer in Portland; Michael Larsen, senior lighting designer in Portland; Jason Lau, senior electrical engineer in San Francisco; James Sattem, senior electrical engineer in Portland; Michael Troyer, senior technologies designer in Portland; and Valeria Torres, senior electrical designer in San Francisco.

Cross Engineers hired Steve Hubbs as senior electrical engineer. Hubbs has more than 25 years of design experience. He is working on the Fort Lewis army growth complex, Percival Landing and Coeur D'Alene Resort Casino.

Parametrix hired Bob Pusey as a survey supervisor in the Bremerton office. Pusey has 16 years of survey experience, including topographic surveys in support of design, bathymetric surveys and land development. Pusey worked for a local land surveying and design mapping firm where he served both public and private clients. His past projects include Apple Tree Cove development in Kingston, Skokomish River survey in Shelton, Crystal Mountain emergency spill response mapping support in Pierce County, Harbor Square Survey Support on Bainbridge Island, the Microsoft campus survey, and base mapping services for the U.S. Coast Guard.
